Mindful-In-Nature: half-day introduction session
This is a half-day introduction to the full Mindful-In-Nature 8-week course.
Mindful-In-Nature is a programme specifically designed to support recovery from poor mental health. It teaches resilience and well-being for people aged 18+ living locally, by offering a unique combination of mindfulness and nature connection.
It is funded by the National Lottery Community Fund and The Sharpham Trust, and facilitated by The Sharpham Trust.
The intro session will give you a taste of the Mindful-In-Nature approach and the chance to spend some time outdoors in our beautiful setting.
This taster is for anyone due to attend the full course, who has not previously attended, or if you are undecided about the 8-week course.
The taster runs from 12.30pm - 3.30pm and will take place in our woodland in the grounds of Sharpham House.
The woodland site offers an outdoor kitchen, indoor toilets and a covered fire shelter for colder weather conditions.
Limited free transport is available from Torbay and Totnes.
