The Sharpham Trust is a registered charity  No. 285767.

The charity owns a cares for the Sharpham Estate and the many historic buildings on the estate.

The Sharpham Trust like all charities is overseen by a Board of Trustees who are volunteers. Trustees set the strategic direction of the charity, oversee the finances and are accountable for the charities actions. Trustees elect a Chair and a Vice-Chair annually.

The Trustee Board has three Sub-Groups: Finance & Resources; Estate and Programme. A mixture of Trustees and Trust staff attend these groups which report to the Trustee Board three times a year.
