Retreats in the Buddhist tradition run weekly throughout the year at The Barn and are based on the three pillars of meditation, community and connection to the land.
Our meditation retreats help to develop a mindful approach to our lives, work and relationships.
Our signature 6-night retreat offers three 40-minute meditation sessions each day, mindful work in the organic gardens and woods, morning movement and enquiry, while other retreats in our programme are led by Buddhist & Dharma teachers. All retreats are supported by our team of Volunteer retreat coordinators.
NEW: The Dharma Pathway is a course of four retreats over two years exploring the Brahmaviharas or ‘Divine Abodes’: qualities of the heart to cultivate for wellbeing and liberation - loving-kindness (Metta), compassion (Karuna), joy (Mudita) and equanimity (Upekkha). Explore them here
