Look at our garden team go!

They look like they're planting at top speed, thanks to this fab movie by regenerative agriculture trainee Flik Le Prevost.

Flik has been making and sharing mini-movies about her time learning and training at Sharpham as part of a regenerative agriculture training partnership between us and The Apricot Centre.

Flik has been documenting her time with us on her Instagram account, but sadly her time with us is drawing to a close and we're about to begin selecting the next batch of trainees who'll be taking Sharpham organic gardening knowledge into their roots.

PS: If YOU like getting your hands in the earth and would like to spend time in our organic walled garden, consider a 4-night or 6-night retreat in The Coach House

Says Flik, in her caption to this video on her Instagram:

"And so the end begins… the final crops of our traineeship are going in the ground!

Today we began the polytunnel ‘flip’ for autumn/winter. Now September’s here and our cucs had neared their end, @amymay22 , @endiva_thegrowerchefess and I whipped them out and prepped the bed with a good hoe and a rake.

Then I planted up this extra long bed with all our winter brassica salad leaves, including mizuna, purple frills, golden frills, rocket and red komatsuna… some of what was in here when we started in January.

Gave these little salad sprogs a good old watering in, then tucked ‘em up for the night, helping them start to grow big and strong to keep the salad flowing all year round 👌

A cosy shelter from the wet Devon weather today. Feeling autumnal 🍂"
