We are to appear on national television THIS SUNDAY, May 12.
BBC Countryfile is devoting an entire episode to mental health, in the run-up to Mental Health Awareness Week running May 13-19 this year.
And that episode is based on The Sharpham Estate - bringing the national spotlight to us and South Devon.
Presenters Margherita Taylor and Sean Fletcher visited The Sharpham Trust to talk with our director Julian Carnell, Head Gardeners Bryony Middleton and Amy Cairns and people who have benefited from The Sharpham Trust’s work in the nature-mindfulness sphere.
The charity’s mission to make a more compassionate, sustainable and mindful world, is front and centre in the episode, which looks at how nature supports good mental health.
